A few days ago, we, at Shecluded , organized a networking event for some of the parlticipants from the Dream to Business incubator program. The event was nothing short of impactful as we gathered, took progressional headshots and shared valuable insights amongst ourselves.
In today’s dynamic world, numerous talented women find themselves facing unemployment and financial insecurity. These remarkable women possess immense skills and potential, but social and environmental barriers hinder their progress. Among them are former high-performing career women who, due to unavoidable circumstances, have had to relinquish their positions because of their families.
Recognizing this pressing challenge, Shecluded is taking the lead in creating opportunities and fostering women’s economic empowerment. The newly launched Incubator Program aims to bridge the gap and provide aspiring female entrepreneurs with the resources, support, and guidance they need to transform their business ideas into thriving ventures.

With a combined investment of 1 million euros, this initiative is set to impact the lives of women across five Nigerian states, including Lagos, Abuja, Enugu, Kebbi, and Kano. The primary objective is to provide training and support to 1,000 women aged 18 to 35 from various sectors, including technology, agriculture, and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Through this program, participants will receive business training, mentorship, invaluable resources, access to a collaborative co-working space, Debt funding of up to N 2,000,000 naira, and a nurturing ecosystem, allowing them to work at their own pace and realize their entrepreneurial dreams. By unlocking these opportunities, Shecluded Hub is paving the way for aspiring female entrepreneurs to become catalysts for change and economic growth in their communities.
Participants in this program will also gain access to the Shecluded hub, a dedicated workspace for women to collaborate and work together. This hub will provide a supportive environment for these aspiring female entrepreneurs to nurture their businesses.
