The Incubator 5 Training Program (DREAM TO BUSINESS INCUBATOR) by Shecluded has concluded, leaving a lasting impact on over 800 women who are now better equipped to navigate the business world. This transformative initiative brought together employed professionals, freelancers, and self-employed entrepreneurs, arming them with essential skills to propel their careers and businesses forward.

Through an immersive learning experience spanning seven modules, participants gained practical insights into structuring sustainable businesses, enhancing their branding, managing finances effectively, and leveraging AI for growth. They walked away with actionable strategies to increase visibility, streamline operations, and attract funding, ensuring long-term success in their respective industries.
The journey culminated in a vibrant graduation ceremony on March 19, 2025, celebrating the remarkable achievements of every participant. The highlight of the program was an exciting pitch competition, where participants showcased their business ideas with clarity, innovation, and a strong value proposition. Judges evaluated their ability to solve real market problems, scale their businesses, and sustain financial growth. In the end, 13 winners emerged, each receiving a ₦50,000 work tool grant sponsored by Shecluded to support their entrepreneurial journey.

Despite challenges such as connectivity issues, time constraints, and regulatory complexities, the program fostered a strong sense of community and provided valuable networking opportunities. Looking ahead, efforts will focus on enhancing technical support, introducing more flexible learning options, and increasing access to funding to maximize impact.
The success of Incubator 5 underscores Shecluded’s commitment to women’s economic empowerment. By equipping women with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to thrive, this program is not just shaping businesses—it is transforming lives, fostering financial independence, and driving long-term economic growth. The journey continues, and the future looks promising for the incredible women who took part in this transformational experience.
